A CrossFit operating system that promises to eliminate the WhatsApp screenshot, then sells the cure through the same scroll-tested SaaS workout.

Bartt takes a genuinely specific problem — getting CrossFit programming from a coach's whiteboard to an athlete's phone — and wraps it in a very familiar landing-page circuit. The Portuguese hero says “Sua programação, do quadro-branco direto para o atleta”, followed by “Sem planilha, sem PDF, sem print no WhatsApp”, then comes the dashboard, numbered workflow, testimonial wall, pricing toggle, FAQ, and final invitation to stop using spreadsheets. The product is niche; the conversion architecture has done this WOD before.

Hero viewport of Bartt, a CrossFit coaching platform. A pale landing page with lime-green accents shows the Portuguese headline Sua programação, do quadro-branco direto para o atleta beside a phone and coach dashboard mockups.

Hero claim
“Sua programação, do quadro-branco direto para o atleta” and “Sem planilha, sem PDF, sem print no WhatsApp” — unusually concrete pain-point copy, diluted by the generic English Build / Assign / Review / Track / Transform strip above it.
Proof problem
A polished demo dashboard shows 43 athletes, 128 WODs, 87% adherence, R$ 17,520 recurring revenue, and multiple PRs, while customer testimonials claim measurable time and athlete growth without independent case-study links.
Visual pattern
Pale neutral SaaS frame with lime-green accent, phone and dashboard mockups, five-step process strip, numbered feature sections, repeated app screens, testimonial wall, two-card pricing section, FAQ accordion, and a final stop-using-spreadsheets CTA.
Why it still might convert
Bartt has a sharply defined audience and understands its daily workflow: CrossFit blocks, metcons, 1RM percentages, movement videos, athlete check-ins, WhatsApp contact, and a public coaching page. The low price, 14-day trial, no-fidelity promise, and very concrete product screens give a coach a believable reason to replace the whiteboard-plus-PDF routine.

¶ 01

The hero is one of the sharper propositions in this archive: “Sua programação, do quadro-branco direto para o atleta” translates to your programming, from the whiteboard straight to the athlete. The follow-up “Sem planilha, sem PDF, sem print no WhatsApp” names an actual coaching failure mode instead of asking the visitor to unlock their potential. Then the page quietly adds a five-word English process strip — Build, Assign, Review, Track, Transform — because even a product for Brazilian CrossFit coaches must pass through the universal startup vocabulary machine.

¶ 02

The dashboard mockup arrives fully pre-populated: 43 active athletes, 128 WODs for the week, 87% average adherence, R$ 3.2k receivable, and recurring revenue of R$ 17,520 per month. Every demo account is having an unusually productive Tuesday, complete with Bruno in the WOD, Marina sending [redacted] a perfectly legible coaching note, and personal records lined up like supporting actors. It is product proof with the suspicious neatness of a showroom, where the data does not demonstrate that Bartt works so much as demonstrate that a dashboard can contain numbers.

A CrossFit operating system that promises to eliminate the WhatsApp screenshot, then sells the cure through the same scroll-tested SaaS workout.

¶ 03

The section titled “Editor que pensa como coach de cross” is followed by the full expected inventory: EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, Tabata, 1RM percentages, movement videos, block duplication, and a week-wide duplicate button. Then “Seu atleta abre o app e vê o WOD de hoje” leads to a PWA, and “Um site para a sua consultoria, pronto para a bio” leads to a public profile at bartt.com.br/c/seunome. This is not a three-card grid so much as a three-screen product tour, but it still obeys the same rule: every pain point gets a heading, a screenshot, four bullets, and a button.

¶ 04

The proof section claims coaches who “dormem melhor”, with named quotes about migrating on a Sunday, saving five hours of spreadsheets per week, adding 12 athletes, and making the athlete think the software is the coach. Plans begin at R$ 29,90 and R$ 79,90, both with 14 days free and no fidelity, before the page asks “Pronto para parar de planilhar?” The specificity makes this far more credible than a vague AI platform, but the testimonials still arrive in a perfectly choreographed row and no independent case study links the claimed growth to Bartt rather than to a coach having a good quarter.
